MMC LAND is seeking motivated students for our 2027 Summer Internship in Landscape Maintenance & Enhancement, based in Gibsonia, PA. This is a hands-on opportunity to work outdoors, learn the fundamentals of landscaping, and contribute to real projects that enhance local properties. Interns will work alongside experienced crews, gaining practical skills in landscape maintenance and installation. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and seasonal care of client properties
• Assist with landscape enhancement and installation projects under the guidance of experienced team members
• Work outdoors as part of a collaborative crew, learning industry best practices
• Track progress and skill development through a structured milestones plan
• Participate in daily operations and contribute to the upkeep and improvement of various landscapes

Qualifications

• Interest in landscaping, horticulture, or the trades
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• No prior experience required—comprehensive training provided from day one
• Currently enrolled students are encouraged to apply
